Due to the unfortunate flooding of the Buildbase Legend’s Lounge at LNER Stadium over the weekend, Thursday’s AGM and Fan’s Forum will now take place at a new venue.
The AGM and Fan’s Forum will now be hosted at The Showroom on Tritton Road. We are very thankful for their help in agreeing to host the event at such short notice.
The AGM will still start at the originally scheduled time of 7.00pm and we would invite shareholders who are attending the AGM to arrive at the venue for 6.30pm for a prompt start at 7.00pm. Please be reminded only shareholders are able to attend the AGM.
Following the conclusion of the AGM, the Fan’s Forum will begin at 8.00pm and fans can enter the venue at 7.30pm, the bar will be open for attendees to purchase drinks ahead of the event. Any shareholders wishing to stay for the Fan’s Forum can do so without obtaining a ticket.
The Fan’s Forum which will be split into two parts, will allow supporters to firstly put questions to Chairman Clive Nates, Vice Chairman Roger Bates and Chief Executive Officer, Liam Scully.
After a short break, the panel on stage will change to include First Team Manager Michael Appleton, Head of Football Jez George and first team players, Neal Eardley and Joe Morrell with the evening planned to end no later than 9.45pm.
All tickets which have been obtained for the original event at LNER Stadium are eligible for supporters to use to gain entry at The Showroom on Thursday evening.
There is parking available at the venue, however, this is limited so if it is at all possible we would recommend supporters to car share. If you have a ticket but will struggle to get to the new venue, from LNER Stadium, please email marketing@theredimps.com and the club will do our best to ensure you can attend the event.

As this is a sold-out event, we would advise any supporters who can now no longer attend the evening to please request a refund via Eventbrite so that it will allow other supporters to take their place on the night.
