The ‘Be a pro pre-season’ course offers youngsters aged between 8-14 years old an opportunity to experience every element of being a professional footballer during the pre-season period in this unique experience with Lincoln City FC.
Taking place on Tuesday 1st September to Wednesday 2nd September the Imps are offering an exciting opportunity to train, work and live like a professional footballer during the pre-season period at Lincoln City for two days, before heading back to school.
The package is open to players of all abilities and includes training and matches with Academy coaches followed by video analysis from the performance analysis department of the children’s performance in the fixture. The Sports Science and Medical team will run the players through a variety of physical testing and movement screenings.
Meanwhile participants can also get the opportunity to watch first team training, meet the players and quiz them on what is required to make it as a professional footballer.
The three-day course will also teach those taking part about the important topics associated with being a top professional, such as diet, nutrition, hydration, sportsmanship, and fair play. Whilst a tour of the ground will also be included as participants make full use of the facilities within the LNER Stadium. The base for the majority of the event will be at Riseholme College, Showground Campus, Horncastle Lane, Lincoln, LN1 2ZR but there will be visits to LNER Stadium and to the Soper of Lincoln Elite Performance Centre. A full schedule will be sent out prior to the experience getting underway.

We are delighted to have been able to confirm this event in the calendar and are sure it will be a fantastic experience for all of the players and staff across the week”.
Prices for this exclusive experience course are £80 for two days.
Places are limited and expected to become fully subscribed extremely quickly, so the club are urging supporters that are interested in the package to secure their place as early as possible to avoid the disappointment of missing out on this truly unique opportunity.
