Lincoln City Football Club are looking for enthusiastic, engaging and people focussed individuals to come and join our match day team to deliver a high quality fan experience.
After achieving the family excellence award in the 18/19 season we want to constantly improve on our match day offer and ensure fans, both home and away leave Sincil Bank, regardless of the result, with having a great experience. Therefore, we are looking for volunteers to join our team and help us enhance our offer.
We are looking for individuals to become Match Day Activators where you will be required to interact, engage and help fans alongside supporting the delivery of operations and activities. You will need to bring an energy and positivity that fans will feed off and bring a high level of customer service with a can do attitude.
