Imps Launch New Buy Back Scheme

26 July 2019

Sponsored by

Following fans’ feedback, we are delighted to be able to inform supporters that there will be changes to the Buy Back Scheme for the 2019/20 season, which will include a cash rebate instead of credit towards a Season Ticket.

Supporters will now receive a cash payment if their seat is resold with the Buy Back Scheme staying open for the whole the 2019/20 campaign. This new process now enables supporters to plan ahead for the season informing the club of fixtures they are unable to attend.

If you know that you are unable to attend any of the home fixtures between now and the end of the season, please inform the ticket office by emailing buyback@theredimps.com with the following information;

- Full Name(s)

- Membership Number/Access Code

- Stand/Row/Seat Number

- Ticket Catregory (i.e. Adult)

Once you have emailed the club, you have relinquished your seat for that given fixture(s).

If your seat is then resold to another supporter, you will be contacted by a member of the ticket office team and you will receive a cash pay-out (monetary values below). This again differs to last season where supporters would receive money off from their 2019/20 Season Ticket.

Buy Back Values (to be paid via BACS transfer)

Adult - £10

Concession - £6

Junior - £1.50

Family Junior - £1

Junior Imps Club Juniors will not receive a rebate for their seat however the Junior Imps Club Adult/Concession would receive the monetary values above.

Thank you for your continued support. If you have any queries or feedback on this decision please email admin@theredimps.com where a member of staff will be happy to help you.
