191230-KitChange

After consultation a decision has been made to temporarily postpone the first scheduled game in which The Imps will wear their blue, limited edition, charity fundraising change kit.

The blue limited-edition kit, which takes inspiration from the Lincolnshire flag with its Fleur-de-lis watermarked design within its material supported by the yellow, green and red striped shoulder design had been planned to be worn for the first time against Peterborough United on New Year’s Day at LNER Stadium.

However, with our opponents on Wednesday usually wearing a traditional blue shirt with white shorts or their predominantly black away kit, the decision has been made that City will now take on Peterborough United in the traditional red and white striped shirt, black shorts and red socks on January 1st.

The Imps will now wear the charity change shirt for the first time against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Saturday 4th January.

Thank you for your understanding.
