A trip to Whitehawk is the reward for the Imps following Tuesday night's Emirates FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round Replay success over Tranmere Rovers.
City's 2-0 win over Tranmere means they will travel to National League South outfit Whitehawk in the First Round Proper during the weekend of Saturday 7 November 2015.
Whitehawk, who have ex-Imps Sergio Torres and Arnaud Mendy in their squad, defeated Poole Town 2-0 in their Fourth Round Qualifying fixture.
Confirmation of the fixture will be announced in due course.
