Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the company will be held in the Travis Perkins Suite, Sincil Bank Stadium, Lincoln on Thursday 26 February 2015 at 7.30pm.
All shareholders are invited to attend.
The register of shareholders will be closed for transfers from 13 February 2015 until after the meeting convened by the notice set out above.
