Club to remember those who have fallen.

An enhanced minute's silence will take place prior to tonight's Vanarama Conference game against Altrincham (ko 7.45pm) as part of the Remembrance Day commemorations.

A lone piper will lead the two teams out on to the pitch and once the players have lined up for their traditional handshake and the pre-match formalities involving the officials and captains has taken place in the centre circle, all present will have the chance to remember those who have lost their lives fighting for their country.

Immediately following a minute's silence and a reading of The Exhortation, the piper will play the Last Post. Once the piper has concluded, he will leave the pitch at which point referee Simon Bennett will commence the game.

All supporters are kindly asked to take their seats early to ensure the silence is observed in the appropriate manner.

Serving military and their dependents, meanwhile, will be granted free admission to the game.

Complimentary match tickets for the Co-op Stand will be available from stadium poppy sellers on the night of the game, and on production of valid military/dependents ID. Donations to the Poppy Appeal in exchange for tickets are not compulsory but are encouraged.

Representatives from the Royal British Legion and the armed forces have also been invited to attend the fixture as guests by the Board of Directors.
