Lincoln City FC Sport & Education Trust, a county wide charity, is seeking to recruit a Trust Manager on a three-year fixed term contract.
Trust Manager
Location – Lincoln
Starting salary £28,000 pa
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Trust and its staff on behalf of the Trustees.
You will be a highly motivated individual who can lead and inspire staff, whilst meeting and exceeding set targets and deadlines. You must have a proven track record of securing grant funding and/or increasing revenue income. You will be expected to look at current trends in the market which may affect our services and you will take the lead in developing initiatives which put the Trust at the forefront of sport and education provision. You will be required to have knowledge of government agenda including the key priorities for the implementation of sport, education and health provision.
You will be expected to manage staff working on these projects as well as working closely with representatives from a range of statutory, voluntary and commercial partners.
In order to respond to and fulfil the demands of this role you will need to have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills, experience of report writing and managing budgets, be able to work as part of a team whilst being innovative and creative in your thinking and planning.
You will need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends. You will require a full driving licence and the position will be subject to an enhanced CRB disclosure.
