Striker Jamie Taylor has been named the Blue Square Bet Premier ‘player of the month’ for October.
The striker has been instrumental in the recent upturn in form for the Imps, which has seen the team go five league and cup games unbeaten.
Taylor hit five goals during the period including strikes against title contenders Wrexham and Luton Town. He also salvaged a point for his side with two goals (including a late equaliser) in last Saturday's incident-packed 3-3 draw with Stockport County.
Barrow AFC manager Dave Bayliss, meanwhile, was named the Blue Square Bet Premier ‘manager of the month’ for October.
The Bluebirds have remained unbeaten during the period including two wins and two draws from their four league games. Bayliss’ side also progressed to the First Round Proper of the FA Cup with a 2-0 home win over Tamworth.
