Jon Pepper joined the academy in September 2022 as head of academy before moving into role of academy and women’s technical director at the start of the 2024/25 season. 

Jon previously held roles at Bradford City, Nottingham Forest and Burnley where most notably he led their transition from category 3 to category 1 academy. 

Jon also spent time with Double Pass conducting and supporting clubs through the academy audit process.
