City's front of shirt sponsors Branston have extended their partnership with the Imps by taking on naming rights for the Legends Lounge at the LNER Stadium.
The hospitality area was refurbished last summer ahead of the 22/23 campaign and saw a number of improvements such as treble the numbers of TVs, brand new furniture and displays celebrating the club’s history.
Simon Telfer, HR director at Branston, said: “Sponsoring the Branston Legends Lounge was a natural progression of our support for the club. Having already sponsored the kits for both the men’s and women’s teams last year, we were eager to continue our involvement as it had such a positive impact, particularly for our staff internally.
“We’ve found throughout the season more and more employees are wanting tickets to the games and are going along with their friends and families, we’ve even had some young relatives of the team get to experience the mascot package, with great feedback.
“Having such a key area in the ground dedicated to the partnership will serve as another way to promote our core values of connecting to the community in a positive way.”
Adam Chantrey, head of commercial at the Imps, added: “It's great to announce Branston as our new sponsor of the Legends Lounge. Since the refit last summer, the lounge has become one of the most popular areas of the stadium on matchdays.
“Branston enjoyed the lounge to entertain customers and staff across the season and will continue to do so as an extension of our ongoing partnership. We look forward to welcoming them to the lounge for the 2023/24 campaign.”
