The Imps have updated their ownership statement following recent investment from members of Lincoln City Holdings.
Lincoln City Holdings Ltd owns 82.69% of the issued share capital of the club.
Sportvest Capital LLP and HJ-LCFC Holdings LLC own 32.71% and 10.97% of Lincoln City Holdings Ltd respectively.
Sportvest Capital LLP is owned by Clive Nates, Sean Melnick and Ashley Mendelowitz. HJ-LCFC Holdings LLC is owned by Harvey, Missy, Jaxon and Jensen Jabara.
Clive and Sean hold a further 16.41% and 1.15% respectively directly in Lincoln City Holdings. Clive also holds 0.10% of the Club.
