The ticket office at the LNER Stadium is now back open every working day in the week for enquiries and is open from 10am-5pm Monday to Friday, with extended opening hours on home matchdays and at peak times when required.
For those fans who converted their 2019/20 or 2020/21 (including Ultimate Imps Raffle) season tickets to shares certificates are now available for collection during opening hours, except on matchdays.
This includes Legends Lounge and SRP 200 Club members, as well as box holders.
Supporters can purchase tickets for upcoming games, collect when required and address any issues they may have using the online ticketing system.
The club shop at the LNER Stadium is also open for purchases during these opening hours, although personalisation and queries such as refunds are only available from the Waterside Store.
