Season Membership cards have started to be sent out to replace the temporary ones issued at the beginning of the campaign.
Club staff and volunteers have been sorting through the cards to get them ready to send out, with the first batch now already posted via Royal Mail which means they should start arriving with supporters by the weekend.
This card is designed to last for several years so please keep it safe, while you can also use the e-ticket option via your smartphone if you do find you’ve left it at home.
The card is non-transferrable - we’ve already seen one person miss a game because they lent their pass to a friend who then used it to access a match, and our new system will lock you out once someone has accessed using your personal QR code.
The club are working on providing an ability to upgrade on a match by match basis if you are unable to attend but wish to pass on your ticket to someone else.
We know there are plenty of issues off the pitch for us to work on and not everything has been right in the opening games of the campaign.
