When will I receive my digital ticket?
A = Supporters will be sent their tickets via email today. Please also ensure that you check your junk/spam box. If you haven’t received this by 9pm today, please email email@example.com.
Will I need to print my digital ticket?
A = Yes, supporters must print their ticket ahead of their visit to Wembley Stadium (A4 landscape).
Will I be able to show my ticket(s) on my phone at the turnstiles?
A = No, all tickets must be printed.
Can I upgrade my ticket (i.e. upgrade Junior to an Adult)?
A = No, each ticket must match the correct category type. Match tickets are non-transferable and Wembley reserve the right to deny entry should the name on the ticket not match the name of the individual.
Can I request to sit elsewhere in the stadium?
A = No, all tickets have now been sold for this fixture.
I cannot see my ticket in my purchase history or received confirmation?
A = Your payment method may have been declined. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
