There is a new phone number to allow supporters to speak to the ticket office team more easily.
01522 458884 is now the number to call to get through to the admin team at the LNER Stadium, with 01522 880011 now in use for general enquiries.
Supporters are asked to contact the Club via phone or email at tickets@theredimps.com when they have ticketing enquiries.
The ticket office at the LNER Stadium is open on home matchdays only (from 10am on Saturdays and 1pm for midweek fixtures).
It is also open for collections prior to away games (Friday 10am-6pm for Saturday fixtures and Mondays 12noon-6pm / Tuesdays 9am-12noon for midweek fixtures).
The ticket office is not open outside these hours so please use phone or email to contact the team on other days.
The club is working with Elite Pro Sports to allow supporters to purchase tickets from the Waterside Club Store, which should be operational soon.
All tickets should be purchased through the Imps' new online ticketing system at eticketing.co.uk/imps.
