Season ticket holders will have received an email with a link to select their chosen option following the curtailment of the 2019/20 season.
We have had some emails bounce back due to full mailboxes and/or incorrect email addresses. Whilst we have used the information stored on our ticketing system, we do appreciate that email addresses may have been entered incorrectly or may have been changed altogether.
Please check the email account that you used to register your season ticket on Eventbrite. We also advise you to check your junk/spam folders.
If you still have not received an email from us after having checked the correct email account and looked in your junk/spam folders, please email email@example.com with the following details:
- Email address used to purchase your 2019/20 season ticket
- Membership number
- Contact telephone number
Please note each email sent is bespoke to that season ticket holder, so you cannot use a link sent to anyone other than you.
