The Imps have linked up with eSports gaming experts Virtual Pro Gaming (VPG) to launch the club’s first official eSports team for FIFA 20 on PS4.

VPG is the home of thousands of Pro Clubs FIFA 20 players from all over the world with The Imps now set to face many of their domestic rivals following a trial period to select our squad.

The trials for a number of positions will begin next week…

Further details will be announced in due course.

SAFEGUARDING

We would like to give confidence to our supporters and our eSports players that we take safeguarding and the welfare of our people – particularly children – very seriously.

Whilst online gaming has many positive attributes associated to its ability to provide engagement, there are potential risks attached including cyber bullying and addiction. Whilst we encourage online communication between our players and their opponents, we also stress that players should only do so if they feel comfortable. In the strictest form, we advise players against arranging to meet up with their fellow players.

If online gaming causes a player distress or if parents have any concerns, you can contact marketing@theredimps.com
