Sammy the Scoreboard falls sick

25 October 2019

Over the past week at Sincil Bank, Sammy the Scoreboard in the Bridge McFarland Stand has fallen sick and will be out of action for tomorrow’s fixture v Bolton Wanderers. We will be sending Sammy off for repair in the near future so we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Although Sammy appears to be fit and healthy during the week, his match day  illness is currently unknown and we will be sending him off to a specialist who will hopefully be able to provide us with a diagnosis to his illness.

We are hoping the process will be as quick as possible, however, for Saturday’s game we advise fans who want to keep track of the time to check our Twitter page for the latest updates when at the ground. The positive news is that Sammy’s cousin will still be in working order on the Stacey West Stand.

Don’t forget, supporters can also follow the game through the match day centre on with access to form guides, live text commentary as well as live access to the match on iFollow.
