On Monday evening, in the nation’s capital, a number of Imps’ attended the Football Supporters Association awards at The Pavilion at the Tower of London alongside sporting dignitaries after being nominated in this year’s awards.

Alan Long, City’s Supporter Liaison Officer was nominated in the category of Supporter Liaison Officer of the year, goalkeeper Josh Vickers was nominated for the ‘Safe Hands’ award after his save against Rotherham United in the first away game of the season.

Meanwhile, away from staff at the club City fans were also up for a gong.

The Stacey West blog were nominated in the the Fan Media of the Year category, one of only two non-Premier League club fan media publications. Last but no means least, the Lady Imps Supporters Association were honoured for their work with supporters in the community, encouraging inclusion for all as they were named as one of the winners of the Fans for Diversity award.

Everyone at Lincoln City would like to pass on their congratulations to all involved for their hard work and dedication, we’re all proud of you.
