Ambulant disabled supporters can sit in the away stand - However, there are no facilities for disabled supporters in this stand. These tickets can be purchased by selecting the age appropriate ticket.

There is a dedicated stand for supporters with disabilities, which is a mixed supporter area, and is situated at the opposite end of the ground to the away stand. This is suitable for ambulant disabled who require accessible facilities and all wheelchair users. Tickets for this stand must be booked direct by calling Port Vale ticket office on 01782 655821. Parking for this stand is priced at £10 and can be booked in advance if needed with tickets.

Match day parking is available outside the away stand, no advance booking needed and is charged at £5 for cars, £16 for mini bus and £25 for coaches.

Sales increase by £2 on the day and can be purchased from the away sales kiosk from 1pm. This is a cash only sales point.
