Ahead of first home game in the Checkatrade Trophy on Tuesday, 24th October against Everton, we are able to provide supporters with information on how supporters with and without Season Tickets can secure their seats.

Supporters will realise the need to make all our ticketing procedures as full proof as possible, we all remember the queues we experienced for both Cup tickets and of course the outstanding sales of season tickets and the relentless queues at the beginning of this season.  

In order to alleviate this you will all know by now we have introduced a new ticketing system which has enabled our supporters to purchase their tickets online, this has proven to be very popular and enables our supporters to purchase their tickets online without the endless queues.  

The next step which we need to address is to make season tickets seats available for purchase online for Cup games. Our first Cup game of the season is due to take place on the above date. 

With this in mind we plan to make season ticket seats available for purchase online in the first instance and thereafter these seats will be released for general sale. 

Please follow the steps below in order to purchase your season ticket seat:

• Season Ticket Holder wishing to purchase their seats for the above cup game should log into their Eventbrite Account
• Select "My Tickets" where you'll be able to see the ticket categories corresponding to your season ticket account
• Click on "Make Payment" in order to claim and purchase your ticket.

​Please note that you will not be issued a separate ticket for the cup match - your season ticket card will still grant you access to the game. 

All season ticket seats will only be saved for purchase during the season ticket priority  period, this includes disabled and carers seats and SRP VIP seats. After the priority purchase all seats will be released for general sale.

Season Ticket - Disabled & Carer

In order to save both disabled and carers seats we will send two concession priced tickets which match your season ticket seat, if you want to attend the Everton fixture you should purchase one of these tickets (this can be done online) and if you call the ticket office they will then secure your helpers ticket free of charge.

SRP VIP Seats

These seats will be available through the ticket office only, in the first instance to season ticket holders and thereafter general sales.  

Supporters are reminded that if they wish to sit in their specific seats they must purchase in the priority time period.

Email Reminder - Season Ticket Holders

As most season ticket holders are aware the only way you can order tickets online is to have a email address attached to your account.  If you have not done this let us know your email address, if you are unsure of how to do this please contact the ticket office and they will be happy to help.
