The pre-season programme got off to an encouraging start on Saturday with the Imps emerging 4-0 winners at Lincoln United.
Two goals in as many minutes from Matt Green plus another from trialist James Rowe put City three up before half-time whilst a Nathan Arnold effort wrapped things up after the break in the Ashby Avenue sunshine.
