Lincoln City joint vice chairman David Featherstone has stood down from the Board of Directors for business reasons.
David, who joined the Board in November 2011 and whose business, Cathedral Business Services Limited, is a major sponsor of the Club said:
"The amount of voluntary time involved with the finance side of the Football Club has had an effect on my own business and therefore I have had to make the decision to step down.
"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the Board and wish the Football Club all the success for the future in their quest to regain their League status."
