Introducing our first team home kit for the upcoming 2014/15 season...

The Nike shirts see a return to the traditional stripes, complete with the new Club crest, and for the second season will proudly bear the name and logo of Bishop Grosseteste University on the front.

"We are delighted to continue our sponsorship with Lincoln City," said Rob Jones, Director of Enterprise at BGU.

"We're building on the good work we've been doing for the past year and we're excited about the potential joint projects that are coming up.

"It's great to see the Imps back in their traditional red and white stripes and we wish the team all the best for the coming season."

Sponsored on the reverse by Jackson Buildbase, formerly Jackson Building Centres, the shirts will be worn by the squad for the first time today at the Club's annual photoshoot before names, numbers and Vanarama sleeve logos are added in time for the season opener against Kidderminster Harriers on Saturday.

Proudly modelling the new kit, meanwhile, is Miss Teen Lincoln, Fleur Callaway.

The Market Rasen teenager, a student at Lincoln College, is one of the grand finalists for Miss Teen Great Britain 2014, which will be held in Blackpool on August 30/31. It goes without saying that we wish her every success!

Finally, the Club Shop is expecting delivery of replica kits later this week. Further updates on this will be provided in due course.
