An article has been posted by an individual on a public website that calls into question the integrity and honesty of the Lincoln City FC Chairman Bob Dorrian and CEO Steve Prescott.
The matter has been referred to the Club's Solicitors, Bridge McFarland, and a further statement will be issued in due course.
