The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of David Parman and David Featherstone as co-Vice Chairman.

The appointment was made at last week's monthly board meeting, with both directors quick to pledge their support to Chairman Bob Dorrian.

"Having supported the Imps for 44 years and been a director for coming up to 12 months now, I am delighted to become co-Vice Chairman," said Mr Featherstone.

"The Club finds itself in its lowest position for a long while and as a supporter and director I feel that this is the opportunity to help the Club make its way back to the Football League - a position where the facilities, stadium and supporter base deserve.

"The Board and Chairman in particular has taken a lot of criticism recently and it is only when you are involved on a day-to-day basis, like I am, that you see how hard everyone at the Club works.

"The position of co-Vice Chairman will lend the support on a ongoing basis to the Chairman and will help spread the work load and take some of the pressure off him. I am delighted to accept this role."

Mr Parman, meanwhile, added: "Along with David Featherstone I am thrilled to have accepted the role and responsibilities of co-Vice Chairman here at Lincoln City Football Club.

"Since joining the Board - and despite the best efforts of some - "everyone" at the Football Club has remained focused on the job in hand and has worked extremely hard to re-establish the critical foundations that will underpin our challenge of taking the Club forward over the coming seasons.

"We have a very positive, committed and united board here at Lincoln City Football Club and I am very much looking forward to working alongside David Featherstone in supporting our Chairman Bob Dorrian over the coming seasons. Up the Imps!"
