Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the company will be held in the Trust Suite, Sincil Bank Stadium, Lincoln on Thursday 13 December 2012 at 7.30pm.
All shareholders are invited to attend.
The register of transfers will be closed from noon on December 6th 2012 until after the meeting.
