Director: Stephen Tointon
Steve originally joined the Board in May 2015 as the representative of the Gold Membership scheme, now renamed the John O'Gaunts Club, of which he was a member from its inception in 2001. He became a Director in his own right in 2019.
He is a former Chairman of the Red Imps Community Trust and continues as a Board member and Treasurer of that organisation. In addition Steve also sits on the Board and is Treasurer of the Lincoln City Former Players Association. He also is a member of the Board of Lincolnshire Cricket as Finance Director, as well as being on the organising committee of the Lincolnshire County Cricket Club First Team.
Although now retired, in his working life he was a Chartered Accountant, being the Senior Partner at Lincoln based accountancy practice, Saul Fairholm and Co. This experience has led him to being a long standing member of the Club's Audit and Risk Committee which oversees the finance side of the business.
Having first attended a game in 1967, Steve and his wife Melanie are both long standing season ticket holders and can be seen at most home and away games.
